Orders may be placed by phone, and our toll free number is: 1-800-665-1799.

You may also order from our website, which is available 24 hours a day!
Product availability is the same online as it is ordering over the phone.
Canadian shipping: 1- 8 pieces $ 10.00, 9-18 pieces $16.00, 19 + pieces $26.00.
Allow up to 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. (Typically your order will be shipped within 24 hours of being placed, and should arrive within 10 days.)
Backorders and special orders allow 4 - 12 weeks. (We will inform you of the time frame on your backordered items, if such information is available)
United States of America Shipping:
To the USA our shipping rates are:
1 - 8 Pieces $18.00, 9 - 18 Pieces $30.00, 19+ Pieces $50.00.
For larger volume orders, we are able to quote shipping and provide you with the best available rate.
International / Other Countries:
We are eager to assist you in receiving your order in the best available time frame, at a reasonable cost. As such, any international orders outside of North America are quoted, and shipping will be calculated based on the true cost. Please contact us for more information.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Business Cheques and Money Orders.
Sorry, we do not accept personal Cheques, or C.O.D orders.
We accept purchase order numbers from approved facilities for invoicing.
All Clearance Outlet and Sale Items:
All clearance outlet items listed cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Please contact us if you require an exception - return shipping will not be complimentary on discounted items.
Items with price reductions (NOT Clearance) are able to be exchanged or returned.
Returns of final sale items will be sent to charity.
We pride ourself on our fabric dying methods, and work hard to ensure colours will match perfectly.
Products purchased together will match in colour, however older styles may not match current product colours.
Exchanges, Returns & Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return your items within 30 days of receiving your order for exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. Of course, altered, hemmed, worn, soiled, or laundered garments are not returnable.
No refunds or exchanges on personalized/logoed garments unless defective.
We offer one complimentary exchange per order. (This means no additional shipping charges to send your exchanges)
Soiled garments with cat/dog hair, deodorant, make up or stains will not be accepted.
Third class Canada Post is recommended. Return to sender (RTS) packages will not be accepted.
Returns sent by C.O.D. & Purolator payment upon receipt are not accepted.
Any defective items which are returned may have your shipping charges refunded if approved by staff. Please contact us regarding defective or flawed items. We will not refund shipping charges for returns sent by courier, express, or other costly shipping methods.
Packages returned "RTS" are subject to Canada Post mailing charges + fees. Typically this is $15.00+.
Exchanged goods are returned to you with no additional shipping charge. We offer 1 free exchange shipping per order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your items back to us.
Any returns received past 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and are subject to be returned at most current pricing.

Backorders and special orders:
We do our best to ship your order complete; however due to the various manufacturing schedules of our suppliers partial shipments may occur. We will let you know if your order has items that are not available.
Please allow 4 - 12 weeks for full shipment. (We will inform you of the time frame on your backordered items, if such information is available)
All stress points are bartacked for durability and reinforcement.
Only the finest quality thread, zippers, buttons, and snaps are used.
We want your uniforms to withstand all the rigorous treatment of day to day wear and our products are designed to meet these requirements.
We will stand behind our products, and if you encounter a manufacturing issue, please contact us.
Fabrics are a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton for total comfort, easy care and durability.
Select styles are 100% Cotton, and some New styles are 77% Polyester / 23% Rayon.
Our newest lines of scrubs are being made from other high-tech fabric blends, and many have spandex content.
