Shipping: Canadian shipping: 1- 8 pcs $ 9.00, 9-18 pcs $15.00, 19 + pcs $25.00. Allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.  Backorders and special orders allow 4 - 8 weeks.

Payment: We accept VISA , MASTERCARD, Business Cheques and MONEY ORDERS. SORRY NO PERSONAL CHEQUES OR C.O.D . We accept purchase order numbers from approved facilities for invoicing.

All Clearance and Sale Items: All sale items listed can not be returned or exchanged unless defective.  Returns will be sent to charity.

Split Sets: Dye lots vary, sorry we cannot guarantee colours to match.

Exchanges, Returns & Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return within 30 days of receiving your order for exchange or full refund, less shipping. Of course, altered, hemmed, worn, soiled, or laundered garments are not returnable. No refunds or exchanges on personalized garments unless defective. We offer one complimentary exchange per order. Soiled garments with cat / dog hair, deodorant, make up or stains will not be accepted. Third class Canada Post is recommended.  Return to sender (RTS) packages will not be accepted. Returns sent by C.O.D. & Purolator payment upon receipt are not accepted. RTS PACKAGES ARE SUBJECT TO CANADA POST MAILING CHARGE + MAILING COST. USUALLY $15.00+

Exchanged goods are returned to you with no additional shipping charge. We offer 1 free exchange shipping per order.

Any returns received past 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and are subject to be returned at most current pricing.

Backorders and special orders: We do our best to ship your order complete; however due to the various manufacturing schedules of our suppliers partial shipments may occur. Please allow 4 - 12 weeks for full shipment.

Construction: All stress points are bartacked for reinforcement. Only the finest quality thread, zippers, buttons, and snaps are used. We want your purchase to withstand all the rigorous treatment of day to day wear.

Fabrics: Fabrics are a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton for total comfort, easy care and durability.  Select styles are 100% Cotton, and select New styles are 77% Polyester / 23% Rayon.  Our newest lines of scrubs are being made from other high-tech fabric blends, and many have spandex content.  Please read the item description for different styles and the fabric content.
